  • Create a pattern by tracing its shape on a paper including a ¾-inch seam allowance around the desired design and cut it out.
  • Pin the pattern to the fabric and cut it out.
  • Stitch the pieces together with the right sides and sew around the outer edges of the toy along the seam allowance and leave an inch opening.
  • Turn the toy right-side out and stuff it with dried catnip.
  • Hand-sew the remaining inch opening closed.
